The La Mer Miracle Broth consists of sea kelp,

which possesses anti-microbial properties;

the nutrients calcium, magnesium, potassium,

 iron and lecithin (helps one lose weight);

vitamins C, E and B-12;

and oils of eucalyptus, sunflower,

wheat germ, alfalfa and citrus. 

This concoction is painstakingly fermented

for three to four months to release

the vital energies of each ingredient, then distilled.
