Clarins WhitePlus Whitening Night Cream

Hi Babes!!

Pardon my Sporadic absence for soooo long!
I hope you missed me.
I have been busy trying new products for you
and negotiating contest prizes and mechanics
that would be up by end of this week, latest.
SO LOOK OUT FOR THE CONTEST!!

I promise its easy to win...
you just have to be able to write (well).
And describe.... describe and more description!! Haha...
So details are great here!!!!!!

Anyways, today i will be talking about
CLARINS WHITEPLUS range - the Night Cream.

Did you know that Night creams are all the rage now?
They are specifically designed to work with your skin's healing and repairing process as you rest at night. So that your skin can absorb the optimal vitamins and other fantastic stuff so that the cells will renew, giving you a well-rested, glowing and smooth as silk complexion once morning dawns.

You may wonder, so what's the diff between a normal cream,
day cream and night cream?

Simple.

A normal cream, which seemingly helps you save money,
offers you the best of both worlds - day & night use but
the ingredients inside is NOT specifically made for day or night
so, to meet popular demands, the cream will either be
too heavy / rich / greasy OR too light / water-based
thus, I prefer to buy seperate creams that aim to be specialists
in their target areas of work.
One for day (usually way lighter in texture)
and one for night repair (heavier in texture,
if your skin is sensitive, then try Water Based ones,
read my previous posts for water-based recommendations.)

This night cream is a tad heavier in texture if you are used
to lighter creams or even lotions / emulsions.
However, it will not cause outbreak or oily skin
when the morning after arrives....
perhaps just the nose might be oily.
Other than that, your skin, if you usually exfoliate,
will absorb this cream well.

It smells light, with little or no smell to it.
And comes in a jar, so wash those hands of yours
before you dip your fingers in and apply onto your face.
Our hands are constantly in contact with our mobiles,
remote controls, keyboards and what not, those items
have lots of hidden pockets of bacteria that can easily transfer
onto our skin, causing bumps and pimples to surface.

Other causes of pimples could be the changes in hormones,
or use of new products that are not suitable for skin, so
always get a small sample from the counters and do a patch test
somewhere along the jaw area of your face
at least that part can be shielded by your hair.
In case, the unexpected reaction occurs.
If not, you can safely buy the full size and use.

Price: 50ml for SGD$98
Ease of Use: Simple and Straight-forward
Would I Buy it Again: Will probably try something else. half-hearted about this as my skin is already quite fair, so this product just assists in maintaining the colour.
Rating: 7/10
